Hotel Needs an Update
Guests say that from first impressions, this hotel is not what photos make it appear to be. It needs a massive refurbishment and some TLC. Maintenance is needed to fix broken plumbing issues and things like roof leaks.
negative:
Communication Issues
The reception area is not available 24 hours per day and it's not even clear where reception is located. Many guests say it's hard to get on contact with a member of the staff and communication is sorely lacking.

Feels a Bit Cold
This old building feels rather cold and draughty. The heating is on a timer that guests cannot access, meaning no control of how hot or cold your room is. The windows are quite draughty as well. You should pack an extra blanket or two.
