Guest rooms are individually decorated in modern furnishings with rustic undertones. Rooms are large with the family suite featuring access to a private dining and lounge area. All guest rooms are immaculately clean.

The main family guest room features a spacious en-suite that is immaculately clean, spacious and very well-appointed. The walk-in shower is massive with very good water pressure. The shared bathroom facilities are also spotlessly clean with good water pressure and plenty of space.

Lynden Heights is run by the husband and wife team of Lynn and Dennis who are warm and friendly. Both have a vast knowledge of the area and are more than eager to help guest plan their itinerary while in Ballygally.

It is important to note that this guesthouse does not accept any sort of card payment option and many a guest has been caught unawares and short on cash, fortunately the local post office is able to help as there is not even an ATM in the area. Be prepared with cash before checking in.

Not all guest rooms include the same features. The family suite is on the ground floor and is the only guest room with its own en-suite as well as private dining area. Upstairs, smaller guest rooms do not have their own TV and guests staying in these rooms must rely on the shared TV lounge as well as a shared toilet facility.

Room heating is often too weak to adequately heat the rooms up on colder days or nights which can be a bit unpleasant.
