While there do not appear to be any overarching cleanliness problems, a couple guests do indicate that their room was a bit dusty upon checking-in. These complaints were isolated, however.

Ivy House is situated near parking approximately 100 metres away. However, for some this was a bit of an inconvenience, and a number of guests wish that there was free on-site parking to make the storage and retrieval of their vehicles easier.
