positive:
Good value for money and a great breakfast.
This three star hotel is very moderately priced considering it is in such a great location, and the freshly cooked to order breakfast is delicious. Choose from a full English fry up, a fresh fruit salad, or cereals, toast and jam.
Negative Reviews
negative:
A bit dated and in need of renovation.
The interior decor of this hotel has certainly seen better days, with some of the fixtures and fittings looking very old. A modest renovation would really help to make this place more appealing.
negative:
Avoid the upstairs attic rooms if you can.
All the rooms are slightly different here, but if possible avoid booking one of the top floor box rooms. These rooms were created after an attic conversion, and are a bit too small for comfort.
negative:
Free Wi-Fi doesn’t cover the whole premises.
If you need to stay connected to the internet while staying at Clock Tower then check the Wi-Fi signal in your room as soon as you arrive. If it is too weak ask management for a room change.
