Don Carlino’s house is completely surrounded by nature and it is part of a family farm in Campomarino. The natural rhythm of life in the countryside may help relax and reduce all problems linked with “rat race life” (vita frenetic/let. Corsa dei topi) of the city. Our guests may walk, visit the farm and be directly involved in the farming work. The property is at the centre of a land with old cultural traditions: here it is possible to visit other farms nearby producing local products. Thanks to the help of skilled staff, psychological and physical therapies are organized such as pet therapy, a teaching farm, summer camps and other events. Moreover as the property is by the sea if people like the beach they can reach the astonishing coast in a few minutes and it would be a nice experience to have too. All guests up to now have shown positive opinions about our work, appreciating the accommodation. Some basketball players on wheelchairs who were once our guests considered our house positively mostly because of the possibility to move around easily in it. Don Carlino's house is a point of reference for holidays “without any architectural and human barriers”.
