In our country you can taste local food and traditional cuisine sourced from the Nebrodi National Park: the black boar, the maccheroni rolls (fresh pasta rolled within layers of aubergine and sprinkled with salty ricotta), the grilled mutton, the bread baked in wood-fired oven.
