About Beaver Run Resort
Situated 110 yards from the Beaver Run SuperChair and a 5-minute drive to the BreckConnect Gondola, the Beaver Run Resort and Conference Centre is the ideal base for all mountain sporting adventures.
Room configurations range from standard hotel rooms to two bedroom suites and include lounge, kitchen facilities, hair dryer, cable flat-screen TV, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. WiFi is free.
The ski-in/ski-out accommodation also features a fitness center, hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pools, an arcade center, tennis court and business center.
Three on-site dining choices include Spencer’s Steaks and Spirits, Coppertop Bar and Cafe and the Base 9 Bar. In peak ski season these places offer buffet and a la carte dining.
The main street packed with shops, restaurants and bars is a 5-minute drive from the the Beaver Run Resort. A free shuttle is provided during ski season. Denver International Airport is 2-hours by car.

Awesome Views of the Mountains
The views at the base of Peak 9 really 'wowed' visitors to the resort with many previous guests making comments about the spectacular mountain views from their homey and comfortable suites. Access to the mountains takes 5-minutes with the Beaver Run SuperChair across the road!

Amenities Galore
Many guest reviewers where extremely happy with the range of amenities on offer, especially those with teenage children and large family groups who commented that the hotel was great for families and for family reunions. The availability of ski lockers during the winter months was also a hit with travelers.

A number of reviewers found themselves at the hotel because their Conference was being hosted at the hotels facilities. Many business travelers commented that the facilities provided a great conference space in a relaxed environment, and that hotel staff provided exceptional service.

Some Buildings are Better than Others
The resort is labyrinth of buildings which come together to provide a range of accommodation styles. Whilst some guest reviewers raved about building four, other guests expressed their disappointment about the tired and run down appearance of buildings one, two and three.

No Air-Conditioning due to Altitude
Some guest reviewers hold an expectation that any modern hotel provides air-conditioning. Notwithstanding that hotel and reservation staff pre-warned guests that there is no need for air-conditioning due to the hotel's altitude, some guests had trouble coping with the heat in the summer months and the circulation of air, in the cooler months.
