Baker's Motel is a historic lodging property located on The National Road in southeastern Ohio. Our 49-room property also has quick access on and off Interstate 70 at Exit 164. Baker's Motel is central to the quaint villages of Norwich and New Concord. Some of our in-room amenities include high-speed wireless internet, flat-screen televisions, refrigerators and microwave ovens, and individually-controlled ptac units for heating and cooling comfort. Baker's Motel is also ground-level, offering easy access to your room and parking at your door or very near your door. There is a large lot for oversized vehicles as well. With over 7 acres of beautifully maintained lawns, expect to view whitetail deer grazing at dusk and a large variety of native Ohio birds at our birdfeeders. Numerous antique shops, including Norwich Antique Shop, flea markets, artisan shops, and museums, including The National Road/Zane Grey Museum and The John and Annie Glenn Museum, are a 5-minute drive or within walking distance from our lodging property. There are many options for dining in our area, including both independent restaurants and nationally franchised restaurants. Be sure to check out the scenic beauty of our area with day trips to several nearby Ohio State Parks, like The Jesse Owens State Park and Wildlife Area, with thousands of acres to explore. Our county is also home to The Wilds, North America's largest wildlife conservation center where endangered animals from around the globe live in natural, open-range habitats.
