From time to time, guests gave the opinion that the televisions in the rooms were smaller than expected. In most cases, it wasn't too big of a deal because guests didn't come to the hotel with the main purpose of watching TV.

Numerous guests mentioned that they would have preferred if the hotel offered complimentary bottled water, or kettles so they could make tea and instant coffee. Generally though, the lack of these items was just a minor complaint, and guests often compensated by visiting the nearby supermarket.

Some guests were not pleased by the way the bathrooms looked. Although the facilities were usually clean, guests said the fixtures and design featured a lot of plastic pieces that made the space look cheap. Some guests were also a little bothered by the small size of the bathrooms.
